What Mac do I need?
macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4). Intel Macs aren't supported. Sorry.
Free trial?
Three days, unlimited, no card. The trial clock starts the first time you actually read with the prompter — not when you launch the app. Download Monday, film Saturday, you still get the full three days.
Refund policy?
14 days, no questions. Email us and we send it back.
Why not the Mac App Store?
So we can ship fixes the day we write them. App Store review adds 1–3 days to every patch. We trade that for direct download. The app is signed and notarized by Apple — Gatekeeper opens it on first run.
Does Unshifty use AI?
Smart Cleanup runs on your Mac — no API, no network, no key. The 'Copy AI Cleanup Prompt' button copies a ready-to-paste prompt to your clipboard so you can hand the script to ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever LLM you already pay for. We don't take a cut of your inference and there's no $5/month add-on.
Does it work with my Elgato / Glide Gear / NEEWER rig?
Yes. Turn on Mirror in Preferences. The Anchor flips, your beamsplitter unflips, your eyes stay locked.
License terms?
One license per person. Install on as many of your Macs as you own. Permanent — no expiry, no subscription on the app itself.
